Out of all the books I’ve read, my favorites ones have to have been the Diary of a Wimpy Kid by Jeff Kinney. I enjoyed reading them since the 3rd -4th grade. In elementary school they were really popular and it was hard to find one that wasn’t checked out .My favorite out of the series has to be the red one which is the first one if I remember right. After reading the red book and I instantly knew that it that it would be in my favorites. It’s been a while since I’ve actually seen and picked one up. From what I remember there were only like 8-9 books at the time and I only need one more book to finish before I left to middle school. Now I think there are like over 13 books in the collection. They also released a few movies on the books as well so it was pretty cool to see the book come to life. I read these books all the way until maybe freshman year of high school. If I could I would read all of them from beginning to end. I never had a problem reading these books no matter how long they were. They were and still are my favorites books of all time.
10 years
In 10 years from now I want to at least check off half of my goals. 10 years is a long time but if you just watch and not do anything it will fly by. I wish to be financially free and have a house and car to my name. My dream car that I would want would be either a Jeep trackhawk or a Mercedes’ AMG GT. For my house I would love like an almost ranch style property. Big land and open areas is what I like and I wouldn’t mind moving states to find one.I want to already have a career in something I enjoy and not make it seem like it’s a job.preferably in radiology in which I’m going for, so it would be nice to have a set place somewhere in that. Most importantly to me I want all my friends and family to be where they want to as well. In 10 years I hope to have the same or even better bond I already have with them and see them flourish and become successful.
Cars
“You’re not all that said the 1976 Ford Station Wagon to the zooming car. The car quickly reversed and boxed him in
“Do you know who I am” said the car. “I’m a brand new Mercedes’ Benz. I’m fast, I’m cool, and I handle like a dream everyone wants me”.
The 1976 Ford station wagon replied “You might be the best right now but you’ll end up like me one day.” The new Mercedes’ Benz looked at him in confusion
“Never ! You’re old and ugly I’ll never end up like you! “
The 1976 ford station wagon just drove and said “let me show you something” and they together they drove through the city until they reached the end. The junkyard stared at both of them in the face. The new Mercedes’ was shocked, there were cars far more nicer and faster than him. All sat there abandoned left to rot waiting their turn to be crushed.
The new Mercedes’ Benz asked “ why are all of these cars. Here?” The 1976 station wagon replied “ they didn’t take care of themselves. They were all top of the line at one point brand new like you. Now they don’t work anymore and they end up here.”
The new Mercedes’ Benz asked “what does this have to do with me I’m fine.” The 1976 Ford station wagon said “ you can either end up here or last and be old and ugly like me.
And with this deep thought, the Mercedes’ drove off a whole new car.
Parenting
If I were a parent I would try to be firm/ lenient parent to my child. I would kind of have a mix between my parents. Growing up my mom was the more strict one in the family. She always had like a strong say in what ever decision made. My dad was more chill, he would just go based off what my mom said or if she wasn’t around he wouldn’t care as long as I told him what I was doing and a time frame I would be back .So they kind of balanced each other out and that’s is the type of parent I would like to be. I wouldn’t want to be super strict because every child is different and some may take it as discipline and others might see it as punishment. Being too strict and not letting someone do something or just have any space of privacy can kind of ruin a parent/kid relationship. I would not be just walked all over either, because th n you have no authority over them and they become a loose cannon doing what ever they want when they want. That’s how stuck up snotty kids are made in my opinion. You can not be too strict or to easy to let things slide.
Misconception about me
One misconception that people would have is that im not active. But I’m fact I’m really athletic and like to go out and perfer to be outdoors. Ever since I was smaller I’ve always been seen as the bigger kid and I mean in terms of weight and size. However that never limited me, i would always love running and moving no matter the sport or activity. I enjoyed being outside and compared to other people my size I was really athletic. I always played soccer since I was about 4 or 5 and I’m always in a team sport so I’ve always had some ability to run and move around quickly but because of my appearance and build people never thought much. It’s always been like like that especially in middle/ high school. In a way I was a sleeper athlete and when I showed people what I can do they were surprised .
Something I’m good at
If there’s one thing I think I’m good at it would be building things. It could range from like a Lego set to a dresser and I would still be able to make it pretty quickly. I’m really handy and like to tinker with things all the time so I kind of enjoy putting things together. I’ve made many beds, dressers, stands, Legos, puzzles etc… the interest has always been there since I was smaller it still hasn’t gone away. Probably because I was around my dad so much and he was always working on something and it rubbed off on me. I prefer to make things with directions because I can do it way faster but if it doesn’t I just improvise.
Learning to read
When I was younger I used to love to read. So learning to read wasn’t rally that hard for me. I remember first having to sound out the letters and words which everyone has to do. I had to do these minute test every week that would require me to read a certain amount of words per minute.I also remember that I liked to read to get A.R points which were pretty much points you would get after reading the book and taking an online quiz on it. I think grades 1-5 was when my reading began to take off and then in 6 grade I began to lose interest in it. So I guess you can say that I enjoyed reading for an outcome not for pleasure.
Time I was scared.
This one time I was really scared happens a few years ago at a park by a friends house. It was me and 3 other friends I don’t remember the day but we decided we were going to make a potato gun. It was a launcher made out of pvc pipes, couplings, plugs, lighters, and hairspray. It took us all day to make and we finally got a chance to use it during the night so we went and began using it. The first few times went well, the potatoes were flying out pretty well and we were happy. That was until on one of the times weee were going to shoot it a guy came out of no where. He had something that looked like a torch and he just came out of the darkness screaming “WHAT ARE YOU DOING”. Once we heard him we all ran away from the park. While running, my friend lost his sandal and told us to leave it so he was running with one sandal on while all of us had shoes on. We ran all the way until we made it to the house and we were all shaking. The guy at the park seemed liked he spawned in out of nowhere. He made no noise and even with the flame he had we could no see him. He came out of the darkness like a ghost and scared us . We didn’t go back to that park for about a month because of the guy
Time I laughed alot
I’ve had a lot of funny things happen but my favorite moment had to had been when I realized that my brother was more athletic than I thought. This was around the year 2016 when the game Pokémon Go was really popular. Me , my sister and brother used to go to different parks and places to look for these Pokémon or creature you would find based off of real world locations. One day we went to Schabaurum park in the Rowland Heights area and we climbed up this tall hill. we looked until we found the Pokémon we wanted and started to head back down. However there were two routes, one super long that went all the way around, and one that went straight down at a really steep angle. We chose the shorter route and me and my sister were carefully went down while my brother was going down it without caution. We had warned him to be careful and next thing you know he lost his footing and had no other choice but to run it down. My brother was pretty big, so seeing him run down the hill with his arm’s flailing around everywhere and him not missing a step was a funny sight to see. He ran all the way down until he made it into this ditch where he threw himself to stop. My sister caught it on video and I just couldn’t stop laughing.
Albert
1. Why did they choose Albert Einstein ?
He is a pretty big philosopher and is know by most. It’s easier for people to connect.
2.Could they have used someone’s else’s picture?
Yeah they could have used some else’s photo it could have been anybodys. I honknows if it would have have the same result they were looking for.
3. Does having any picture of anybody do any difference to the poster?
I think it would because they are more likely to look at something if they can recognize something on it.
4. Is this the best way to represent philosophy?
I don’t think it’s the best way but it’s a way of doing it. There are other things that can be done to get someone to fully grasp philosophy and grab an idea from it
5. What is the best way to draw in people to study something?
The best way to draw in something is to make whatever that field is seem and look cool. I would like to see a mix of pictures and reasons why to go into that. Some that draws my interest in looking in further to it.
